Refund Policy
Within 14 days, A buyer may request a refund directly from the seller, by email, if the product has not yet shipped. The seller must agree with the reason for refund. If both parties agree to refund, then the seller can request the refund. If the seller does not agree, or the product has shipped, the buyer can request a store credit, from the site admin at admin@rodeomarketplace.com, for unused products. All returns are shipped at the buyers expense.
