Shipping Policy
We have a 1-3 day processing time before the item will ship. Actual ship times will vary depending on the ship-to address. All orders will be updated with tracking information once shipped. Once the package is received by the carrier we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will, however, help you figure out where the package it provided the item is showing in transit. If tracking shows delivered you will need to contact your postal service.
Refund Policy
All sales are FINAL we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If the product is damaged during shipping we will replace it with the same item.
Please contact us within 48hours of receiving.
Photos of packaging and product will be required for replacement.
